Accuracy in background checks is key, which is why our order screen requires entry of a middle name. When performing background checks we highly recommend that our clients check their applicant’s government issued ID for a middle name and include it on the order form when placing their order.

For those applicants that have no middle name you can check the box to indicate that your applicant has “No Middle Name”. Please note that if you check mark this box hits with a middle name may be excluded from your report. You should only use this option if you are certain your applicant does not have a middle name.
