CDL-Link has updated our background check software. It is our hope that our new site will help our clients have better control and make it easier to place background check orders. We have posted some brief tutorials on how to place orders in our system at: https://cdl-link.com/order-help/

Here are some the ways that the new CDL-Link Reporting is helping our clients:

• Ability to add searches to orders after they are placed and up to 30 days after they are completed. Did you forget that you needed a driving report, simply add it to your existing report.
• The ability to upload required release forms to your order, even after they are placed.
• Cleaner and easier to understand interface.
• Data enter error checking, many common data entry errors on orders are caught before you incur charges, including errors on dates of birth and license numbers.
• Quick App, you can have a request sent to an applicant where they can enter their information and electronically sign required release forms.
• Automated “consumer copy” email sending. If your applicant requests a copy of their report, or if you are taking an adverse action, those notices can be sent directly from inside of our system and a secure way.
